Quality of Supply Apps
The growing deployment of Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) such as solar panels, EV chargers and heat pumps is significantly impacting local voltage levels and power quality.

Additionally, the increasing variety of customer-connected loads, including smart devices and power electronics, introduces greater complexity to the network as power quality issues have a greater impact on customer-connected loads.
To proactively address these challenges, local insights on power quality issues are becoming essential. LV monitoring can play a crucial role in providing these insights, allowing network operators to detect and address potential problems before they escalate. Our Quality of Supply Apps provide insights into changing dynamics of the LV network, monitoring a series of factors that can cause quality of supply issues, from voltage fluctuations to more granular issues like flickers and dips which can affect the electricity supplied to customers and their connected loads.
Power Quality App
Analyse data from LV monitoring to provide insights related to power quality issues in your LV network.
The Power Quality App was developed with foresight on how new DER deployment could cause power quality (PQ) issues across the LV network. The app is designed to detect and alert network operators to significant PQ issues in real-time, and to monitor the progression of PQ issues i.e THD levels, notifying network operators before any issues arise.
